    Evan Morony brings a wealth of experience to his role as the manager of Stepping With Kindness, with almost two decades in disability support, spanning direct support to management, and training. His commitment is to improve life quality on the persons own terms. At home, Evan enjoys a fulfilling life with his teenagers, puppy Maple, and hobbies like music, hiking, and cooking. Evan is focused on ensuring the perfect match between support staff and people receiving support, valuing direct interactions and personalised connections. One of the ways he seeks to do this is through the use of Person Centred Tools and when developing Service Agreements and meeting your support worker for the first time, these tools can be used to map out future plans.

  • Ellie Firns

    Ellie Firns is a valued member of our team, living near the beach in southern Adelaide with her two teenagers. With a strong background in social work and over 30 years of experience working with people, Ellie specialises in supporting individuals with chronic illnesses, trauma-informed care, and personal development. She is proficient in problem-solving, listening, and reflecting, and has experience in various settings including primary schools, domestic violence support groups, and community centres. Outside of work, Ellie enjoys dancing, bike riding, camping, and cooking nutritious vegan food. Her holistic approach, commitment to conscious parenting, and being an ally to the LGBTQI+ community make her an invaluable asset to our team.

  • Ishaani Kakkar

    Ishaani Kakkar brings a heartfelt commitment to our team. Having migrated from northern India for higher education, Ishaani is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others. Her volunteer experience during COVID-19, with a single mum with children who had support needs had her change her focus in life from accounting to support work. Ishaani enjoys exploring new places and is committed to working with the individual and their natural supports to work out what activities are really going to value add to the person’s life. she has a particular passion for painting, dancing. Ishaani is a patient and empathetic support worker, skilled in building genuine connections and understanding the needs of the person she is supporting with an engaged and fun approach with all that she does.

    David Hubbard brings over a decade of experience in the disability sector to our team. Residing in the Southern suburbs his entire life, David has a deep commitment to enriching the lives of people looking for support. Beyond his professional dedication, David is an avid car enthusiast, a long-standing member of the Chrysler car club, and a loyal Richmond football fan. His work spans various roles, from direct support to team supervision, always with a focus on person centred approaches and community participation. David's values of honesty, trust, integrity, and empathy guide him in every interaction, making him a key asset to our team. David has a "can do" attitude and is great at supporting people to think outside the box and will back this up with his practical ingenuity every time.
